What is Lead Discovery?
Lead Discovery is ALipro's built-in lead extraction engine. It uses your connected LinkedIn accounts to pull prospects from various LinkedIn sources and saves them to your workspace as enriched lead records — ready for campaigns.
How to Access Discovery
Go to Discovery in the sidebar. You'll see three tabs:
- Lead Extractor — Configure and start a new extraction.
- Background Processes — Monitor running extractions and their real-time progress.
- Extraction History — Browse past extractions and their results.
Available Discovery Sources

| Posts | Extracting people who liked or commented on a specific LinkedIn post. |
| Groups | Extracting members from a LinkedIn group you belong to. |
| Search URL | Extracting results from a LinkedIn People search. |
| Sales Nav | Extracting results from a LinkedIn Sales Navigator search (requires Sales Navigator subscription). |
| CSV File | Importing leads from a CSV file with LinkedIn profile URLs. |
How Extraction Works
- You provide a URL or file for the chosen source.
- You select a LinkedIn account to run the extraction.
- ALipro runs the extraction in the background using that account.
- Leads are enriched (profiles visited to collect name, title, company, etc.) and saved to your chosen lead list.
✅ Extractions run entirely in the background. You can start a campaign or do other work while discovery runs.
