When to Use This
LinkedIn groups contain members who share a professional interest or community. Group discovery extracts those members so you can reach out to them directly.
Examples: industry-specific groups, alumni groups, professional associations.
Before You Start
You must be a member of the LinkedIn group on the account you'll use for extraction. LinkedIn does not expose the member list of groups you haven't joined.
How to Run Group Discovery
- Open the LinkedIn group page and copy the URL from the address bar.
- Go to Discovery → Lead Extractor → Groups.
- Paste the group URL.
- Set the extraction limit.
- Choose a LinkedIn account that is a member of the group.
- Select or create a lead list.
- Click Start Extraction.
⚠️ Only use LinkedIn accounts that are genuine members of the group.
