When to Use This
Use Search URL discovery when you want leads from a LinkedIn People search (e.g., "VP of Sales in New York"). This is the most versatile discovery method and supports complex filter combinations.
Step 1: Build Your LinkedIn Search
- Open LinkedIn in a browser tab where you're logged in.
- Use the People search to apply your filters (title, location, company size, industry, etc.).
- Once results load, copy the full URL from your browser address bar.
⚠️ Make sure the URL includes all your applied filters. Navigate to the actual results page first, then copy the URL.
Step 2: Run the Extraction in ALipro
- Go to Discovery in the sidebar.
- In the Lead Extractor tab, select Search URL.
- Paste the LinkedIn search URL into the URL field.
- Set the maximum number of leads to extract.
- Select the LinkedIn account to use for extraction.
- Select or create a lead list to save the leads to.
- Click Start Extraction.
Monitoring Progress
Go to the Background Processes tab to track progress. You'll see the number of leads found and the current page being processed.
ℹ️ Large searches can take a few minutes to several hours depending on the result count and pages.
