When to Use This
Post discovery is one of the highest-intent lead sources available. People who engaged with a post about a relevant topic have already demonstrated interest, making them warm prospects.
Examples: Everyone who liked a post about "sales automation", or everyone who commented on a competitor's product announcement.
How to Run Post Discovery
- Find the LinkedIn post you want. Click the three-dot menu (⋯) on the post and select Copy link to post.
- Go to Discovery → Lead Extractor → Posts.
- Paste the post URL.
- Select whether to collect Likes, Comments, or both.
- Choose a LinkedIn account to run the extraction.
- Select or create a lead list.
- Click Start Extraction.
✅ Post engagers are warm leads. Reference the post in your outreach for strong personalisation: "I saw you engaged with [author]s post about..."
