Common Causes
1. Session Expired
LinkedIn sessions expire naturally over time (typically every 2–4 weeks). This is the most common reason for disconnection and requires no special action on LinkedIn's side — just a reconnect in ALipro.
Fix: Click Re-Sync next to the account in LinkedIn Accounts and log in again through the extension.
2. You Logged Out of LinkedIn Manually
If you logged out of LinkedIn in your browser, the session token ALipro holds is invalidated immediately.
Fix: Re-sync the account. In future, avoid logging out of LinkedIn in your browser while the account is active in ALipro.
3. LinkedIn Security Review
LinkedIn may lock an account and ask for identity verification if it detects unusual activity patterns.
Fix:
- Log into LinkedIn directly in your regular browser (not through ALipro).
- Complete any verification LinkedIn requests (email code, phone, ID check).
- Once your LinkedIn account is unlocked, re-sync it in ALipro.
- Reduce daily action limits and switch to Protected safety mode.
4. Proxy Issue
In rare cases, a proxy assigned to your account may be blocked or unavailable.
Fix: Contact ALipro support at support@alipro.io — we'll reassign a working proxy.
After Reconnection
Campaigns resume automatically once the account status returns to Active.
