Why Accounts Get Disconnected
LinkedIn sessions expire periodically or are revoked when LinkedIn detects unusual access patterns. When this happens, your account shows as Disconnected in ALipro and all campaigns using it are paused automatically.
How to Reconnect
- Go to LinkedIn Accounts in the sidebar.
- Find the disconnected account — it will show a Disconnected status badge.
- Click the Re-Sync button next to the account.
- The connect panel opens in re-sync mode (extension-only flow).
- The extension opens LinkedIn in your browser. Log in if prompted.
- Complete any verification LinkedIn requires (email code, SMS, authenticator).
- Once connected, your campaigns resume automatically.
✅ Your campaigns and lead progress are fully preserved during disconnection. Everything resumes from where it left off once the account is reconnected.
Tips to Reduce Disconnections
- Do not log out of LinkedIn in your browser while the account is active in ALipro — this invalidates the session.
- Avoid logging in to the same LinkedIn account from multiple browsers simultaneously.
- If LinkedIn is requesting frequent verifications, reduce your account's daily action limits.
