Managing Multiple LinkedIn Accounts

How to connect and manage several LinkedIn accounts in one workspace.

When to Use Multiple Accounts

ALipro lets you run multiple LinkedIn accounts in a single workspace. This is common for:

  • Sales teams where each rep has their own LinkedIn account.
  • Agencies running campaigns on behalf of multiple clients.
  • Scaling outreach volume beyond what a single account can safely do per day.

Account Slots

Each connected, non-archived LinkedIn account uses one slot from your plan. To check how many slots you have and how many are used, go to Billing.

ℹ️ If you've reached your slot limit, upgrade your plan or archive an unused account before connecting a new one.

Assigning Accounts to Campaigns

When creating or editing a campaign, you assign one or more LinkedIn accounts to run it. ALipro distributes lead processing across all assigned accounts based on their available capacity and daily limits.

Filtering the Accounts List

Go to LinkedIn Accounts to see all connected accounts. You can filter by:

  • Status — Active, Paused, Cooldown, Disconnected
  • Safety Mode — Protected, Standard, Restricted
  • Health — Strong, Watch, At Risk

Archiving an Account

To remove an account from active use without permanently deleting its history:

  1. Open the account's options menu (⋮).
  2. Select Archive Account.

Archived accounts do not count against your slot limit. Restore them at any time using the Show Archived toggle on the accounts list.
