Payment Failed
Symptom: Plan wasn't renewed, you received a "payment failed" email, or your workspace has been downgraded.
Steps:
- Go to Billing in ALipro.
- Check for a payment failure notice.
- Update your payment method if your card has expired.
- Use the Retry Payment option if available.
Cannot Access the Billing Page
Only the workspace Owner can access Billing. Admins and Members do not see the Billing option in the sidebar.
Fix: Ask your workspace Owner to manage billing, or contact support if the Owner is unavailable.
Unexpected Charge
If you see an unexpected charge:
- Check your invoices in Billing — charges may be for plan upgrades, renewals, or proration.
- If unexplained, contact support@alipro.io with your account email and invoice ID.
Refund Request
Refund eligibility is covered in our Refund Policy at alipro.io/refund. To request a refund, email support@alipro.io with your account email and the reason for the request.
