• Team collaboration
• Lead organization and analytics

Features may change, improve, or be discontinued at any time without prior notice.

Certain features require a paid subscription.

By purchasing a subscription, you agree that:

• Subscription fees are charged in advance at the start of each billing period.
• Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or explicitly stated in our Refund Policy.
• You authorize our payment processor to charge the applicable subscription fees.
• Subscription pricing may change with reasonable advance notice.

Failure to pay fees may result in suspension or termination of access to paid features.

Workspace owners may invite team members to collaborate within their workspace.

Workspace owners are responsible for:

• Managing workspace members.
• Assigning permissions appropriately.
• Ensuring team compliance with these Terms.

ALipro is not responsible for actions taken by users invited into a workspace.

You agree to use ALipro responsibly and lawfully.

You must not:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Use the Services for fraudulent purposes.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other individuals.
• Impersonate another person or organization.
• Distribute malware or harmful software.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or accounts.
• Interfere with the operation or security of the Services.

You remain solely responsible for all content, campaigns, messages, and activities conducted through your account.

ALipro may interact with third-party platforms, websites, and services.

ALipro is an independent software platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or associated with LinkedIn or any other third-party platform unless explicitly stated.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of ALipro complies with the terms, policies, and requirements of any third-party platform you access through the Services.

We are not responsible for any actions, restrictions, suspensions, or limitations imposed by third-party platforms.

You agree not to use the Services to:

• Send unlawful, deceptive, or misleading communications.
• Engage in spam or abusive outreach.
• Harvest personal information unlawfully.
• Violate privacy rights of others.
• Conduct illegal marketing activities.
• Circumvent ALipro's own access controls, rate limits, usage restrictions, or security systems.
• Attempt unauthorized access to ALipro systems, databases, or infrastructure.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts engaged in prohibited activities.

ALipro and its associated software, branding, content, designs, trademarks, and technology are owned by ALipro and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

These Terms do not grant you ownership rights in the Services.

You may not:

• Copy or reproduce the Services.
• Reverse engineer the platform.
• Modify or create derivative works.
• Resell or sublicense the Services without written authorization.

You retain ownership of the data you upload or create through the Services.

By using ALipro, you grant us a limited license to process, store, transmit, and display your data solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Services.

You represent and warrant that you have the necessary rights and permissions to use any data processed through ALipro.

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

You may stop using the Services at any time.

We may suspend or terminate access if:

• You violate these Terms.
• Your activities create legal, operational, or security risks.
• Required by law.
• Subscription payments remain unpaid.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services immediately ends.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ALipro provides the Services without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee:

• Specific business outcomes.
• Lead generation results.
• Response rates.
• Revenue increases.
• Platform availability without interruption.

Your use of the Services is at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ALipro and its officers, employees, affiliates, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use of the Services.

In no event shall ALipro's total liability exceed the amount paid by you to ALipro during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ALipro, its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Services.
• Your violation of these Terms.
• Your violation of applicable laws.
• Your infringement of third-party rights.

We may update these Terms from time to time.

When changes are made, the updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.

Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be subject to the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where the dispute is brought, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services shall first be submitted to good-faith negotiation. If not resolved within 30 days, disputes shall be referred to binding arbitration or the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you retain the right to bring claims before the courts of your country of residence and to use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

If you are a consumer located in the European Union or United Kingdom, the following additional terms apply and shall prevail over any conflicting provisions above:

• Right of withdrawal: You have a 14-day statutory right to withdraw from a subscription contract without giving a reason. This right expires 14 days after the date of purchase.
• Waiver of right of withdrawal for digital services: By confirming your subscription purchase and expressly requesting immediate access to the Services, you acknowledge that the Services begin delivery immediately upon payment and that you thereby waive your right of withdrawal once service delivery has commenced. This waiver does not apply where ALipro has failed to provide the Services as described.
• Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded or restricted by contract under applicable law.
