Users must use the platform responsibly, ethically, and lawfully.

Spam and Unsolicited Messaging

  • Send excessive or abusive outreach.
  • Engage in bulk spam campaigns.
  • Use misleading subject lines or deceptive communications.
  • Operate campaigns designed to disrupt or overwhelm recipients.

Impersonation

  • Misrepresent your identity.
  • Pretend to represent another individual or company.
  • Create fake accounts for deceptive purposes.

Security Violations

  • Attempt unauthorized access to ALipro's systems, databases, or infrastructure.
  • Probe, scan, or test ALipro's systems for security vulnerabilities without written authorization.
  • Distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code via the platform.
  • Interfere with or disrupt ALipro's platform infrastructure, servers, or networks.
  • Bypass ALipro's own authentication, access controls, or usage limits.

Data Misuse

  • Collect or process personal information unlawfully.
  • Use data without appropriate rights or permissions.
  • Violate privacy or data protection laws.

3.Third-Party Platforms

ALipro is an independent software platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by LinkedIn or any other third-party platform.

Users are solely responsible for determining whether their use of ALipro in conjunction with any third-party platform is consistent with the terms and policies of that platform. ALipro provides software tools; the manner in which users deploy those tools is their own responsibility.

ALipro is not responsible for:

  • Restrictions or limitations imposed on user accounts by third-party platforms.
  • Changes to third-party platform policies or enforcement practices.
  • Any consequences arising from a user's chosen method of use of the platform.

We encourage all users to use ALipro responsibly, professionally, and in a manner consistent with applicable laws and platform community standards.

4.Enforcement

ALipro may investigate suspected violations.

We reserve the right to:

  • Suspend accounts
  • Restrict access
  • Remove content
  • Terminate subscriptions
  • Report unlawful activity to authorities

without prior notice.
