Do I need a credit card to start?
No. You can sign up and use the free tier without providing payment details. A credit card is only required when you choose to upgrade to a paid plan.
How does billing work?
Paid subscriptions are charged in advance at the start of each billing period (monthly or annual). Annual plans are billed as a single upfront payment and offer a significant discount versus monthly billing.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. No future charges will occur after cancellation.
Do subscriptions auto-renew?
Yes. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current rate unless cancelled before the renewal date. You will receive an email reminder before renewal.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are considered for duplicate charges, billing errors, and verified technical failures. Change-of-mind refunds are not offered for completed subscription periods. See our Refund Policy for full details.
Are prices inclusive of tax?
Prices shown are in USD and exclude applicable sales tax or VAT. Any applicable taxes will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your billing location.

Auto-renewal: All paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annually) at the then-current price. You will receive an advance notice email before annual renewals. To prevent renewal, cancel your subscription before the renewal date via Account Settings → Billing.
Cancellation: You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Access to paid features continues until that date. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period except as required by applicable law.
Free plan: The free tier is provided indefinitely without time limit or credit card requirement. Feature limits apply. We may modify free-plan limits with reasonable advance notice.
EU / UK consumers: If you are located in the European Union or United Kingdom, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal on digital service subscriptions. This right is waived if you expressly consent to immediate service delivery at the time of purchase and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once the service has begun. Your rights under applicable consumer protection legislation are not affected by this policy.
Pricing currency: All prices are displayed in USD. Applicable taxes (VAT, GST, sales tax) are calculated and added at checkout based on your billing location.
