Accessing Campaign Analytics
Open any campaign and click the Analytics tab to see its performance data. Go to Analytics → Campaign Analytics for a cross-campaign view.
Key Metrics

Diagnosing Low Performance
| Symptom | Likely Cause | Fix |

| Low connection rate (<15%) | Poor targeting or spammy connection note | Narrow your lead list; shorten and personalise your note |
| Low reply rate (<5%) | Generic, untargeted messages | Test different message angles; use more personalisation |
| High volume, low engagement | Pacing too aggressive | Reduce pacing; add longer Wait steps between messages |
ℹ️ Analytics refresh throughout the day. Allow at least 24–48 hours after activation before drawing conclusions from a new campaign.
