What Can Be Edited
You can edit most campaign settings while a campaign is active or paused:
- Campaign name
- Assigned LinkedIn accounts
- Schedule (days and active hours)
- Pacing mode and daily activity cap
- Stop on Reply, Skip Previously Contacted settings
- Sequence steps (with caveats below)
⚠️ Editing sequence steps on an active campaign affects only leads who have not yet reached those steps. Leads that have already completed a step will not repeat it.
How to Edit
- Open the campaign from the Campaigns list.
- Click the Edit button or pencil icon.
- Make your changes.
- Click Save Changes.
Adding Leads to a Running Campaign
- Open the campaign.
- Go to the Leads tab.
- Click Add Leads and select a lead list or individual leads.
Newly added leads start at step 1 of the sequence.
Removing Leads from a Campaign
Select leads in the Leads tab using the checkboxes, then click Remove from Campaign. Their campaign progress is deleted. If re-added later, they start from step 1 again.
