What is a Workspace?
A workspace is your team's private environment inside ALipro. All LinkedIn accounts, campaigns, leads, and members belong to a workspace. When you sign up, a workspace is created automatically with you as the Owner.
What Lives Inside a Workspace
- LinkedIn Accounts — Connected LinkedIn accounts assigned to this workspace.
- Campaigns — All outreach campaigns running under this workspace.
- Leads — The lead lists and individual lead records for this workspace.
- Inbox — All LinkedIn messages synced from accounts in this workspace.
- Members — The team members who have access to this workspace.
- Subscription — Each workspace has its own plan and billing.
Setting Up Your Workspace
- After signing up, go to Workspace → Settings to rename your workspace.
- Go to Workspace → Members to invite teammates.
- Go to LinkedIn Accounts to connect your first LinkedIn account.
- Go to Billing to choose a plan that fits your team size.
Multiple Workspaces
You can belong to multiple workspaces (for example, as an agency running separate workspaces per client). Use the workspace switcher in the top navigation bar to move between workspaces. Each workspace is fully isolated — LinkedIn accounts, campaigns, and leads are not shared between workspaces.
ℹ️ Workspace settings and billing are only accessible to the workspace Owner.
