Workspace Roles
| Role | Description |
| Owner | Full control. Can manage billing, delete the workspace, and change any member's role. There is exactly one Owner per workspace. |
| Admin | Can manage members, campaigns, leads, and LinkedIn accounts. Cannot manage billing. |
| Manager | Can create and manage campaigns and leads. Cannot manage members, LinkedIn accounts, or billing. |
| Member | Can view leads and use the inbox. Cannot create campaigns or manage LinkedIn accounts. |

Changing a Member's Role
- Go to Workspace → Members.
- Find the member and click the options menu (⋮).
- Select Change Role.
- Pick the new role and confirm.
ℹ️ Only the Owner can assign or remove the Admin role. To transfer workspace ownership, contact support@alipro.io.
