Roles and Permissions

What each workspace role can do and how to change a member role.

Workspace Roles

RoleDescription
OwnerFull control. Can manage billing, delete the workspace, and change any member's role. There is exactly one Owner per workspace.
AdminCan manage members, campaigns, leads, and LinkedIn accounts. Cannot manage billing.
ManagerCan create and manage campaigns and leads. Cannot manage members, LinkedIn accounts, or billing.
MemberCan view leads and use the inbox. Cannot create campaigns or manage LinkedIn accounts.

Changing a Member's Role

  1. Go to Workspace → Members.
  2. Find the member and click the options menu (⋮).
  3. Select Change Role.
  4. Pick the new role and confirm.
ℹ️ Only the Owner can assign or remove the Admin role. To transfer workspace ownership, contact support@alipro.io.
