Who Can Invite Members?
Workspace Owners and Admins can invite new members.
How to Invite a Team Member
- Go to Workspace → Members in the sidebar.
- Click Invite Member.
- Enter the invitee's email address.
- Select their role: Admin, Manager, or Member.
- Click Send Invitation.
What the Invitee Receives
The invitee receives an email with a link to accept the invitation. If they don't have an ALipro account yet, they'll be prompted to create one first, then they'll join the workspace automatically.
Seat Limits
The number of members you can invite depends on your plan's seat limit. The Owner does not count against the seat limit. To see your current seat usage, go to Billing.
Removing a Member
- Go to Workspace → Members.
- Find the member and click the options menu (⋮).
- Select Remove Member.
Removed members immediately lose access to the workspace. Their campaigns and leads remain in the workspace.
Switching Workspaces
If you belong to multiple workspaces, use the workspace switcher at the top of the sidebar to move between them.
