Lead Activity History

How to view what actions have been taken on a lead and the messages exchanged.

Viewing Lead Activity

Every lead has a full activity history that records every campaign action taken and every message exchanged. To view it:

  1. Go to Leads in the sidebar.
  2. Click the lead's name to open their detail page.
  3. Scroll to the Activity section.

What's Tracked

  • Campaign steps executed (timestamp, status, account used)
  • Connection request sent / accepted / rejected
  • Messages sent and received
  • Profile visits
  • Post likes and comments
  • Follow actions
  • Tags added

Adding Notes to a Lead

You can add internal notes to a lead record (not visible to the lead). Notes are useful for recording context like a phone call outcome or a qualification note.

  1. Open the lead's detail page.
  2. Click Add Note.
  3. Type your note and click Save.
