Getting Started

Do I need to install anything to use ALipro?

Yes — you need the ALipro Chrome extension to connect your LinkedIn account. Everything else (campaigns, leads, analytics) runs in the ALipro web app at alipro.io — no desktop app required.

Is ALipro compatible with free LinkedIn accounts?

Yes. ALipro works with both free LinkedIn and LinkedIn Premium. Some features require Premium: InMail sending requires LinkedIn Premium, and Sales Navigator discovery requires a Sales Navigator subscription.

How long does it take to set up?

Connecting your LinkedIn account and activating your first campaign takes about 10 minutes. Lead discovery runs in the background and may take from minutes to a few hours depending on the volume.

LinkedIn Account Safety

Is it safe to connect my LinkedIn account?

Yes. ALipro never stores your LinkedIn password — we hold only an encrypted session token. Each account gets a dedicated residential proxy and isolated browser profile. ALipro enforces safe daily action limits to protect accounts from LinkedIn restrictions.

Can LinkedIn detect that I'm using ALipro?

ALipro uses dedicated proxies per account, isolated browser fingerprints, and randomised timing between actions to simulate human behaviour. We cannot guarantee any tool is 100% undetectable, but ALipro uses the highest-quality safety measures currently available.

What happens if LinkedIn restricts my account?

ALipro detects restriction signals and automatically pauses campaigns for that account. Log into LinkedIn directly to resolve the restriction, then re-sync the account in ALipro. Switch to Protected safety mode and reduce daily action limits before resuming campaigns.

How many LinkedIn accounts can I connect?

The number of accounts depends on your plan's slot limit. Each connected, non-archived account uses one slot. Go to Billing to see how many slots your plan includes.

Campaigns

How many actions does ALipro send per day?

ALipro enforces per-account daily limits. Typical defaults: 20–28 connection requests/day, 30–50 messages/day, 80–100 profile visits/day. You can adjust these in account settings within safe thresholds.

Can I personalise outreach messages?

Yes. Use variables like {{firstName}}, {{company}}, and {{title}} in your message content. These are replaced automatically with each lead's data at send time.

What happens if a lead doesn't accept my connection request?

The connection step is marked as failed for that lead. Steps that require a connection (like sending a direct message) are skipped for that lead. The lead remains visible in the campaign's Leads tab.

Can I pause a campaign without losing progress?

Yes. Pausing preserves all lead progress. When you resume, the campaign continues exactly from where it stopped — no steps are repeated or lost.

What does "Stop on Reply" do?

When enabled, Stop on Reply automatically stops the campaign sequence for any lead who replies to a message. This prevents sending follow-ups to leads who are already in a conversation with you. It's strongly recommended on all campaigns.

Lead Discovery

How many leads can I discover per month?

Your monthly discovery limit depends on your plan. Go to Billing → Usage to check your current limit and usage this period.

Can I import leads from a CSV file?

Yes. Go to Discovery → CSV File. Your CSV needs at minimum a linkedin_url column. ALipro enriches each profile automatically.

Are duplicate leads detected automatically?

Yes. ALipro prevents adding the same LinkedIn URL twice within the same workspace. Duplicates are skipped silently during import and discovery.

How long does lead enrichment take?

Enrichment time depends on the number of leads and the account's daily profile visit limit. A list of 100 leads typically enriches in 30–60 minutes. Larger lists (500+) may take several hours across multiple days.

Billing and Plans

Can I cancel my plan at any time?

Yes. You can cancel at any time. Your workspace stays on the current plan until the end of the billing period, then downgrades. No further charges after cancellation.

Do you offer annual billing?

Yes. Annual billing is available with a discount versus monthly billing. See the Billing page for current pricing.

Can I change plans mid-cycle?

Yes. Upgrading takes effect immediately. Downgrading takes effect at the next billing period.

Teams and Workspaces

Can multiple people share one LinkedIn account in ALipro?

No. Each LinkedIn account in ALipro operates via its own session and is individual. Multiple team members can collaborate in the same workspace — managing campaigns, viewing leads, using the inbox — but each LinkedIn account is personal to one individual.

Can one person be in multiple workspaces?

Yes. One ALipro account can belong to multiple workspaces. This is common for agency users managing multiple clients. Use the workspace switcher at the top of the sidebar to move between them.
