What are Usage Limits?
ALipro enforces monthly usage limits based on your plan. Limits reset at the start of each billing period (your subscription renewal date).
What is Tracked
| Metric | What Counts |
|---|---|
| LinkedIn Account Slots | Connected, non-archived LinkedIn accounts at any given time. |
| Workspace Seats | Number of workspace members (excluding the Owner). |
| Leads Discovered / Imported | New leads added to the workspace via discovery or import this billing period. |
| Lead Exports | Total leads exported via CSV this billing period. |
| Active Campaigns | Number of campaigns simultaneously in Active status. |
Checking Your Usage
- Go to Billing in the sidebar.
- View the Usage section for a real-time breakdown of current period usage vs. plan limits.
What Happens When You Hit a Limit
- Lead limit reached — New discovery jobs and CSV imports are blocked. Existing campaigns continue.
- Slot limit reached — You cannot connect additional LinkedIn accounts until a slot is freed or plan is upgraded.
- Seat limit reached — You cannot invite additional workspace members.
- Active campaign limit — You cannot activate more campaigns until an active one is paused.
⚠️ When a monthly limit is reached, upgrade your plan promptly to avoid disruption to discovery and onboarding.
