Forgot Your Password?
- Go to the ALipro sign-in page.
- Click Forgot password? below the login form.
- Enter the email address for your account and click Send Reset Link.
- Check your inbox for a password reset email and click the Reset Password link.
- Enter and confirm your new password, then click Save New Password.
- Log in with your new password.
ℹ️ Password reset links expire after 1 hour. If yours expired, request a new one from the sign-in page.
Change Your Password While Logged In
- Go to Settings → Account.
- Scroll to the Change Password section.
- Enter your current password, then your new password twice.
- Click Update Password.
Two-Factor Authentication
For additional security, you can enable two-factor authentication (2FA) from Settings → Account → Security. ALipro supports both email-based codes and authenticator apps (TOTP).
